1. Scope of Service

"Spotilyrics" is an unofficial personal project that allows users to:

• Connect your Spotify account.
• View song lyrics synchronized with playback.
• Show and see what other users who use the site are listening to (social features).

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify AB. All Spotify trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. Usage Requirements

• You must have a valid Spotify account (Free or Premium, within the limits of what the APIs allow).
• You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to use online services or have parental/guardian consent.
• You must have an internet connection and a compatible device.

3. Connecting to Spotify

The site uses Spotify's official APIs to function. By connecting your account:

• You authorize the site to access the information indicated on the Spotify authorization screen (e.g., currently playing songs, recent history, profile).
• You acknowledge that your use of Spotify is governed separately by Spotify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You can revoke access at any time by going to your Spotify account settings and/or logging out of the site.

4. Permitted Use

By using the site, you agree to:

• Not to use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Not to attempt to modify, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the site without authorization.
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Not to use the site for abusive, harassing, or spamming purposes.

5. Social Features

The site may show other logged-in users:

• Your Spotify profile name and avatar.
• The track you're currently listening to or have recently listened to.
• Whether you've enabled or disabled global visibility of your activity.

By using these features, you agree that the information above may be visible to other users of the site. You can stop using the site or disconnect your Spotify account at any time.

6. Third-Party Content

Song lyrics, titles, artwork, and any other content displayed may be provided by third-party services or by Spotify. Such content remains the property of their respective rights holders.

The site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of such content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner will not be liable for:

• Any malfunctions, interruptions, or unavailability of the site.
• Loss of data, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
• Improper use of the site by users.

8. Modifications and Termination of Service

The owner reserves the right to:

• Modify or update the site and its features at any time.

The code, design, and graphic elements of the site (excluding third-party trademarks and content, such as those of Spotify or the owners of the lyrics) are the property of the project creator.

Systematic copying or reuse of the service without authorization is not permitted.
